On Tuesday, September 13, our Heritage friends Tony and Moira Saliba hosted a private fundraising event in an effort to connect more people with the work The Heritage Foundation is doing to reorient policymaking in Washington toward free-market, liberty-centered solutions. Heritage policy analysts Dr. James Carafano, Vice President of Security and Foreign Policy, and Lindsey Burke, Will Skillman Fellow in Education Policy, shared with guests their individual roles and the policy solutions they are involved in promoting. Also in attendance was Senator Jim DeMint, President of The Heritage Foundation, who shared some great stories with guests, and discussed the role that folks can play in making principled, conservative policy reforms a reality.
