Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy, who dissented against this year’s landmark decision upholding Obamacare’s individual mandate, delivered the 2012 Joseph Story Distinguished Lecture yesterday at The Heritage Foundation.
The United States Constitution is a unique document, he told the audience in Heritage’s Allison Auditorium. “The tie we have to our Constitution defines us, gives us stability and a purpose and a mission to our people. It is the envy of the rest of the world.”
