This week on Istook Live, Heritage Foundation scholar Ernest Istook discussed the lame duck session of Congress and the fiscal cliff negotiations with several leading political commentators on his show:
- Senator Jim DeMint (R-SC) explained a Republican strategy for the lame duck session.
- Rep. James Lankford (R-OK) discussed the fiscal cliff and gave an inside perspective on the current Congressional debate.
- The president of Less Government, Seton Motley, discussed a new Senate bill that allows government to read citizens’ e-mails.
