For years, talk radio has been dominated by the same names, Rush Limbagh, Sean Hannity, Glenn Beck and Michael Savage. And while their shows draw millions of listeners and provide valuable commentary, they are all missing one thing — real political experience.

But that is changing with the launch of Istook LIVE!.

Ernest Istook has spent his life dedicated to public service, serving in state legislature for and then for 14 years as a US Congressman. And now, he is dedicating three hours every week day morning to talk with leaders in Washington and around the nation in an effort to educate Americans on the critical issues and topics of the day. Istook LIVE!  is broadcasted live from The Heritage Foundation from 9am to noon Eastern, click here to listen to live broadcasts of the show and be sure to bookmark www.istook.com to listen each morning.

Since the launch of the show earlier this month, Istook has hosted some of the conservative movement’s most notable leaders straight from Capitol Hill including Reps. Jim Jordan (R-OH), Marsha Blackburn (R-TN) and Steve Chabot (R-OH). Istook isn’t afraid to shy away from hot topics, just in the last week he has pulled in experts and facilitated conversation about Chick-fil-a, the Olympics taxing the winnings of medalists, Justice Scalia’s possible gun control limitations and China’s energy investment.

Monday through Friday, listeners can tune in to his live show from 9 to noon Eastern. Heritage members will have the opportunity to call in and ask questions of the man who knows Washington better than most.

Earnest Istook is bringing the experience to talk radio. Listen in to hear the newest addition to conservative talk radio.
