Anthony Campau
Associate Manager of Donor Relations, Mid-Atlantic Region

Anthony Campau is responsible for communicating the mission and effectiveness of The Heritage Foundation to Heritage members living in the Mid-Atlantic region of the United States.
For the past two years, Anthony has promoted Heritage’s ideas and work as the Membership Office’s editor and development writer, then editor and staff writer. In these roles, he oversaw production of Heritage Members News – our newsletter to Heritage’s members – and worked with our managers of donor relations to develop effective written communications about our work for Heritage members.
Before joining Heritage, Anthony was the news editor of Southeastern University’s student paper, a research associate at the Institute for Global Engagement in Arlington, VA, and a campaign assistant for Rep. George Nethercutt of Washington State. Anthony also spent time studying Mexican jurisprudence in the Mexican court of appeals and studying modern history and political theory as a visiting student of the University of Oxford, where he was a member of The Queen’s College Boat Club.
He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in history from Southeastern University in Lakeland, FL, and is currently studying banking and finance through the London School of Economics and Political Science.
Anthony is a native of Jackson, Michigan and currently resides in the District of Columbia where he is a member of Capital City Church, the Capitol Hill Cluster School Parent-Teacher Association, and Hope for the Future, a non-profit organization that educates and mentors at-risk youth.
