The Heritage Foundation hosted a Panel Discussion and Dinner featuring Steve Forbes in St. Louis. The panel discussion featured Heritage experts who spoke about Welfare Reform. Afterwards, there was a reception with refreshments, followed by dinner with a keynote address from Steve Forbes.
