The talk of the town

Heritage’s impact on talk radio
National radio talk-show host Laura Ingraham—shown here with Heritage President Ed Feulner—broadcasts her radio program daily from The Heritage Foundation's headquarters.
Talk radio is a powerful force in politics and the conservative movement, with millions of Americans listening on a daily basis. Recognizing this, Heritage experts made more than 1,100 radio appearances in 2005. Talk-radio personalities like Sean Hannity regularly use our broadcast studios, and nationally syndicated radio host Laura Ingraham airs her show out of our headquarters.
Another example of Heritage’s impact on talk radio is the Heritage Forum, co-hosted by Talkers magazine. In it, liberal and conservative national radio hosts meet at Heritage to discuss politics and policy.
The most recent forum attracted a crowd of media experts and political players, with many more watching over the Internet via heritage.org. The debate addressed issues ranging from Chief Justice John Roberts’ confirmation to the War on Terrorism.
People are talking about Heritage. And thanks to the work you support, people have plenty to talk about.
